USA Swimming's OME (Online Meet Entry) System & Last-Minute Entries

1.  Using the OME for Last-Minute Entries is required for athletes either not already entered, or previously entered "relay only" athletes.

2.  Entry fees are paid by credit card through the OME system.

3.  Bring proof of times for any custom times (bonus, times not in the SWIMS database yet, etc.) with you to the meet. (or email a link to results)

4.  "Last Minute" Meet Entry is avaliable now, and ends Monday, March 16th at Noon (Eastern Time).

5. This is for times achieved after the entry deadline

How to get to the USA Swimming OME System & OME Notes

Step 1: go to USA Swimming Site: www.usaswimming.org and click the Swim Clubs tab at the top of the page

Step 2:  Go on the left and click Online Meet Entry (OME)

Step 3:  Go on the left and click "Available Meets"

Step 4:  Do not fill anything into the text  fields,  just click "Seach", this will bring up all meets in the system.

Step 5:  Scroll down until you find

"2009 NCSA Junior National Last Minute Entries"

QUICK NOTE: when entering a bonus event, you have to click both the  

                      SELECT box as well as the BONUS? box

How to normally enter a normal event (not bonus)

How to normally enter a bonus event, check both the SELECT box and the BONUS? box

If you try to enter a bonus event WITHOUT checking the SELECT box, it WILL NOT add the event, and the swim will not be entered.

8. If your athlete is a NEW QUALIFIER, you need to make sure to purchase an "Athlete Membership" in Step 6: Other Purchases, or your athlete will not be seeded into the meet.  If your athlete was previously entered as a "relay only" swimmer, and made his/her time after the entry deadline, you do not have to purchase another athlete membership.
