ELIGIBILITY: Participation is open to nationals of the United States of America. Non-US national are eligible to participate if:
Permanent resident alien status in the USA, or family accompanying status under a principal's temporary work visa (A, L, H, J).
Possession of a student, business or tourist visa is not sufficient.
In layman's terms, swimmers whose parents are living and working in the United States, but who are not US Citizens are welcome to participate. But we need you to fill out this simple form to declare your status. Describe/Explain your situation and name the type of Visa you currently have, A1, L1, etc.
We are currently working with an attorney in order to clarify the language used in our Eligibility Rules, we do not want to exclude swimmers who should be eligible due to discrepancies in our terminoligy.
